摘要 本文建立了多孔基體與非等弧長節(jié)塊相組合的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)金剛石圓鋸片瞬態(tài)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,通過ANSYS軟件對(duì)特殊結(jié)構(gòu)金剛石圓鋸片的有限元模型進(jìn)行瞬態(tài)載荷響應(yīng)計(jì)算,得出不同切削參數(shù)對(duì)鋸片關(guān)鍵部位瞬態(tài)應(yīng)力和變形的影響。分析結(jié)果表明,進(jìn)給速度對(duì)鋸片應(yīng)力和變形影響最大,切削速度次之,切削深度最小。特殊結(jié)構(gòu)金剛石圓鋸片在變形、應(yīng)力方面與普通結(jié)構(gòu)金剛石圓鋸片相比,都得到了較大改善。此分析對(duì)實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用及進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化鋸片結(jié)構(gòu)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。(金剛石與磨料磨具工程2009年第四期)
Abstract A transient dynamic model of diamond circular saw blade with multi-holes core and different width segment was built in this work. Based on ANSYS software,the transient response of saw blade was calculated,and effects of different cutting parameters on the transient stress and deformation of saw blade, s key positions were found.The analysis results indicated that the chief influence factor of transient response is feed rate.the cutting speed takes the second place,and the depth of cut is the last. Compared with the conventional struc-tured saw blade,the special structured saw blade showed improvements in stress and deformation.The analysis has some guiding significance for actual application and further optimization of saw blade structure.
