摘要 采用三種預(yù)合金粉末HFl、HF2、HF3混合作為鋸片胎體材料,共設(shè)計(jì)了8種不同配方的金剛石小鋸片進(jìn)行干切花崗巖的試驗(yàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了金剛石小鋸片在工作層高度范圍內(nèi)從開(kāi)始到壽命結(jié)束全過(guò)程干切花崗巖。本文探討了幾種預(yù)合金胎體中金剛石參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的合理范圍,分析了預(yù)合金粉末胎體對(duì)于干式切割鋸片的作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),鐵基、銅基預(yù)合金胎體對(duì)金剛石能產(chǎn)生一定的冶金,能夠提高胎體對(duì)金剛石的把持能力,使鋸片在干切過(guò)程中,金剛石能夠正常有效地刻取巖石。并對(duì)同一鋸片做了干濕切對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明對(duì)于小尺寸金剛石鋸片,干切的壽命明顯高于濕切壽命,提高了鋸片的利用價(jià)值。(金剛石與磨料磨具工程2009年第一期)
Abstract Pre-alloyed powder HF1/HF2 andHF3 were used to make matrix of diamond saw blade. Eight different kinds of matrix formulas were designed for dry cutting experiment of granite. Rational ranges of diamond parameter in some pre-alloyed powder matrixes were discussed and the effect of pre-alloyed powder matrix on the saw blades for dry cutting was analyzed in the paper. The research results showed that iron and copper pre-alloyed powder can generate metallurgical bonding with diamond grits,thus improve the holding ability to diamonds. When dry cutting diamond can be used well and effectively. The same diamond saw blade was used to do the contrast test under dry and wet conditions. The results showed that, for small diameter diamond saw blade the life is longer in the dry-cutting than wet thus can improve the value in use obviously.
