摘要 本文綜合介紹了金剛石和立方氮化硼超硬磨料表面處理技術(shù)及應(yīng)用情況及新的表面處理技術(shù)發(fā)展情況,包括真空微蒸發(fā)鍍鈦技術(shù)及應(yīng)用進(jìn)展;微粉專用真空微蒸發(fā)鍍覆技術(shù)及應(yīng)用;基于鍍鈦技術(shù)而發(fā)展的復(fù)合鍍Ti—Ni技術(shù)及應(yīng)用;剛玉涂覆的超硬磨料及應(yīng)用;基于原子層鍍覆技術(shù)發(fā)展的超硬磨粒、微粉及納米粉的鍍硅鍍鈦技術(shù)及應(yīng)用。(金剛石與磨料磨具工程2009年第一期)
Abstract The surface treatment technology on diamond and cubic boron nitride grits and their applications are introduced in this paper.The techniques include the vacuum slow vapor deposition(VSVD)technology and its development,the special deposition technology based on VSVD for micro—powders and its application,the composite Ti—Ni coating based on Ti—coated technology and its application,diamond grits coated with corundum micron powders and the application as well as Si—coated or Ti coated superhard grits, micro powders and nano-sized powders based on atomic laver deposition.
