摘要 本文研究了球狀石墨的粉壓成型特性。在國產(chǎn)SPD6 X 1200型六面頂高溫高壓設(shè)備上,分別以鱗片石墨和球狀石墨(均為400目)為碳源,以鐵基粉末觸媒為原料,在壓力5.5GPa,溫度1400oC左右,合成時間300s的條件下合成出了優(yōu)質(zhì)金剛石單晶。通過球狀石墨與鱗片狀石墨生長的金剛石的對比,說明了球狀石墨一鐵基觸媒體系生長金剛石的特點。結(jié)果表明球狀石墨也可以用來合成優(yōu)質(zhì)磨料級金剛石單晶,但合成溫度要比用片狀石墨時高100oC左右,合成的金剛石粒度較鱗片石墨合成的金剛石粒度稍粗。(金剛石與磨料磨具工程2009年第二期)
Abstract In this research,high quality diamonds were synthesized in a China—made cubic high—pressure apparatus(CHPA)(SPD一6 1 200)at 5.5 GPa and 1 400oC for 300 s.Natural spectroscopically pure scalelike graphite powder(400 mesh)and spherical graphite(400 mesh)were used respectively as carbon source,F(xiàn)e—based alloy powder(75чm)was used as solvent—catalyst.The results based on the comparison and analysis indicated that high quality diamonds can also be synthesized from spherical graphite,but the temperature temperature condition of synthesis from spherical graphite was 1 00oC higher than that from scalelike graphite.Size of synthetic diamond from spherical graphite was coarser than that from scalelike graphite.
