摘要 以工業(yè)氧化鋁溶膠為原料,通過溶膠-凝膠法制備了a-A12O3納米粉體。研究了解膠條件、晶種加入量、礦化劑種類及加入量、煅燒溫度及保溫時間對產(chǎn)物的影響。結(jié)果表明:溶膠解膠后的粒度越小,產(chǎn)物的粒度越小,得到產(chǎn)物所需的煅燒溫度越低;晶種和礦化劑的引入,可以促進(jìn)過渡型氧化鋁向a—A12O3的轉(zhuǎn)化,降低相轉(zhuǎn)變溫度;煅燒溫度對aA12O3的生成影響比較大,在溫度恒定時,延長保溫時間對產(chǎn)物物相的影響不大。溶膠-凝膠法制備a-A12O3納米粉體的最佳條件是分散劑三乙醇胺用量為1%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),晶種加入量為5%,NH4NO3加入量為5%,煅燒溫度為1000oC,保溫時間為2 h。所得a-A12O3納米粉體外觀呈球形,粒度分布均勻,粒徑在50 nm左右。(金剛石與磨料磨具工程2009年第一期)
Abstract The a-A12O3 nanopowder was prepared by sol-gel method with industrial pure alumina sol as starting material.The effects of peptization condition,addition of seed crystal,addition and kinds of additives,calcination temperature and holding time on the crystal grain size of nano- A12O3 were investigated.The results show that the smaller the particle size after peptization is,the smaller the particle size of product is,and the lower the calcination temperature is.The addition of seed crystal and additive can accelerate the transition alumina changing to a-A12O3,and reduce the phase transformation temperature.The calcination temperature greatly influence the formation of a-A12O3,whereas the holding time has little effect on the phase of product.The spheric granules a-A12O3 nanopowders with 50 nm particle size and with even size distribution are obtained under the optimum condition of 1 wt%triethanolamine,5 wt%seed crystal,5 wt%NH4 NO3addition,1000 oC for calcination temperature and 2 h holding time.
